He later began working internationally for promotions including Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA), Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG), PROGRESS Wrestling and New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW). Throughout his career, Bandido has held the PWG World Championship, The Crash Cruiserweight and Tag Team Championships, PROGRESS Tag Team Championship and ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship. In 2021, he defeated Rush to become ROH World Champion for the first time, then won the championship for a second time by defeating Chris Jericho in a Title vs. Mask match at Dynasty in April 2025. He later formed Brodido with Brody King, winning the AEW World Tag Team Championship in 2025 before joining Adam Page to capture the AEW World Trios Championship in 2026.
