His latest black-and-white short horror film, Midnight Knocks at the Door, premiered later that year. In June 2026, the film’s trailer received an official nomination for Trailer of the Month at The Monthly Film Festival (TMFF), based in the UK. A few months later, in October, the film itself was selected as a Semi-Finalist for Best Student Film at FilmHaus Berlin. This highly experimental project further demonstrates how the continuous use of a 4:3 format and telling stories through visuals rather than dialogue has helped define his characteristic directorial style.
