Sinopsis
Vampire Sadism is an obscure Japanese torture porn film with a clown-faced vampire keeping naked slave girls inside cages and performing various bondage tortures on them while laughing hysterically; a woman is dunked in a waterfall, another one hanged from a helicopter.
