Sinopsis
Maddalena, a poor flower girl, meets Jandolo, a promising painter, and becomes his model, muse, and lover. After a carefree period, financial difficulties force her to distance herself from him so as not to hinder his career. Now a music-hall performer, young Maddalena meets a wealthy older man, but eventually returns to her true love.
