Sinopsis
The story, divided into 8 chapters, is set in Barranquilla in the late 1950s (1958). It follows the lives of four friends—Lina, Dora, Catalina, and Beatriz—as they attempt to forge their own paths and challenge the rigid social norms, sexism, and cult of appearance that constrain women in a conservative society.
